Chicken & Spinach Pasta

Chicken & Spinach Pasta














4 oz Pasta Noodles
2 Tomatoes, chopped
2 Garlic Cloves, minced
4 Tb Fat Free Italian Dressing
2 oz Parmesan Cheese, shredded
1 c Artichokes, chopped
8 c Spinach
1 c diced Chicken

Cook noodles as directed on package.  In sauce pan, saute garlic in Italian Dressing for 2-3 minutes.   Add chicken and cooked until done.  Add tomatoes, artichokes and spinach.  Cook until spinach wilts.  Add cooked noodles and top with shredded Parmesan cheese.

Makes 4 servings, 232 calories per serving.
